Washdown environments can be challenging to clean. Not only do electrical products need to withstand high-pressure washdowns and harsh chemicals, but complete runoff is also important. Whether it's Watertight devices, Watertight Safety-Shroud® Twist-Lock® devices or IEC Pin & Sleeve devices, Hubbell’s extensive offering of devices meet the challenge . Hubbell manufactures an extensive line of back boxes for use with IEC Pin and Sleeve devices. Each back box is designed to give the user the maximum amount of wiring room while achieving grounding to metallic conduit. Hubbell back boxes are available in non-metallic and cast metal versions.

Food processing areas can be particularly corrosive for electrical connections, calling for an extra level of safety and protection. Hubbell offers a wide range of plugs, connectors, and receptacles that are specifically designed to withstand corrosive environments. One-piece, engineered thermoplastic housing is impact-resistant for heavy-duty industrial environments

Alignment arrows and lock and unlock symbols provide a visual indication that devices are properly connected

Closure cap is included for environmental seal when device is not in use

Catalog number and color-coded voltage rating are easily visible even when in use
